Summary The development would have an adverse effect on residents due to increased traffic on Derwen Lane and through Penrhynside, noise and odours from a
working farm.
It would destroy wildlife (nesting site for lapwings). It would adversely affect the livelihood of the tenant farmer. An increase in population would put pressure
on the schools, Medical Centre and recreational facilities.

Summary Deletion of sites 37/38 Penrhyn Bay for inclusion in the LDP for proposed housing. Objection to use of prime Grade 1 farm land. The development would put
further pressure on already oversubscribed schools. Also, once Derwen Lane is crossed by development, it will simply be a matter of time before the entire
farm is developed for housing.

Summary The proposed site should be removed from the Plan to make it sound. This is because the infrastructure, amenities and services including roads cannot
support the creation of 100 new homes. The Plan to build on farming land is flawed - it is not acceptable in my view to earmark farm land for housing
development.

Summary developmnt in penrhyn bay glodaith farm.
I object to the proposed developments on the fields of the farm on the following grounds. infrastructure the doctors and the schools are full and unable to
cope with inc capacity. loss of rural space and the livley hood of local framer. reduction in wildlife habitat hedges ect. increased road traffic and condjestion.
loss of popular venue for urdd festival. removal of green wedge between penrhyn bay and other areas (urban sprawl)
