Summary The houses proposed on Cynfran school site should not go ahead as the school is already full and wouldn't be able to accommodate many more children.
Again all these proposed houses would be a drain on all amenities that we have and we still haven't got gas in Llysfaen.

Summary We are losing all our green areas, we are a village not a town. Our roads cannot handle all the extra traffic, it is dangerous enough by the school and the road
is blocked. Also in winter the slightest bit of snow and people struggle to get up and down. There are no pavements on some of the roads so extra traffic will
cause more danger. Also this is the historic centre of the village and has listed buildings it does not need new builds around it ruining it.

Summary We are a village and we have a duty to start a plan for keeping green areas for our future generation.
We live in a beautiful country area with lots of wild life and we have already had our share of new housing on both sides of the village and we really can't take
any more. The traffic is already bad and we have no pavements so please do not go building any more estates up here and spoiling our village.

Summary The existing highways provision locally is already under pressure from existing residents.
Dolwen/Pentregwyddel Roads not suitable for walking. Access/egress on these routes would cause additional congestion.
The proposed site would have a detrimental effect on the historic centre of the village and its environs.
There is enough social/affordable housing already. Village bordered by two estates.
LPG gas is expensive to run.
The local school will not accommodate increased numbers. Already use a protacabin due to overflow and any extra buildings would reduce recreational
facilities.
Number of village shops not sufficient to cater for extra demand.

Summary The road to the school is narrow and congested between 8:00-9:15; 11:45 - 12:00 and 2:45-3:30 as the children are being dropped off at the school gates.
More housing in this area would mean more traffic and the potential danger of a serious accident.
The housing proposal for LLysfaen is far more excessive than on other surrounding areas.
The access road to the site is very close to the brow of the hill.
THE LDP IS NOT SOUND WITH THIS SITE.
