from Marl Lane.

Further development will add more strain to existng services.

The loss of historic landscape. It is possible that Conwy could lose its World Heritage status if development is allowed to expand at an ever increasing rate.

Summary I strongly object to the proposed new housing in Marl, at the junction of Pentywyn Rd and Marl Lane. I am amazed that further development is being
considered in an already over developed area. You will be aware Anwyl, McBride and Wimpey are already recenlty present in the area. The proposed area is
part of a working farm and provides a separation zone - a green wedge between communities.
I trust you will consider my objection on all three grounds and act accordingly by not allowing any further development to take place.
