Summary A further contradiction exists in Table 13, Site No. 284 Ffordd Llanelwy - shows an allocation of 5 houses in 2015-6. Yet Table 3.6 states there are no infra
structure constraints. But in fact, sewerage, water and gas networks have been identified as constraints elsewhere. Table 3.6 also states there is access to a
doctor's surgery in village which again contradicts Appendix 1 of BP8. DWR/Welsh Water's comments under apply to this site as well.
The statement that the site capacity has been reduced is not a viable argument since another site in the village is being proposed for development.
We reiterate the Society's request that no further housing developments be allowed in the village until all the infrastructure issues (sewerage, water and gas
networks) be satisfactorily resolved

Summary This is the fourth time the LDP has been altered and it must be lodged with the WAG.
There are currently 10 unsold properties in the village.
The sewerage system is at maximum capacity already.
The school has no further capacity.
The road structure and network is inadequate with issues with pavements.
The bus and coach services are inadequate and do not have further capacity.

Summary The B5381 through Betws-yn-Rhos is only the width of a lorry near Cae Matw (road out of Betws Ffordd Llanelwy) the same at the bend around the cemetry
(near the Wheatsheaf Inn) and again the road out of Betws towards Colwyn Bay by Airliewood/Bay Cottage.
The capacity of the sewerage treatment plant is at its limit.
Ten houses are already proposed or being built, there is no need for another ten houses.
No footpath along Ffordd Llanelwy, very dangerous walking children to school.
