Summary That the sites were not proposed in the pre-deposit consultation and the Glyn Farm site should be deleted from the LDP and that CBC should consider the
alternative site at Dinerth Road and other sites which may be released as a result of the school modernisation programme.
Council needs to revisit the pre deposit consultation.

Summary Any proposals to develop a large site at Glyn Farm would raise concerns, including exacerbating the existing traffic hazard on Groes Road, the only way in
and out of the area; overload of already possibly inadequate sewers and drains and land drainage. CCBCs own planners have raised similar objections to
previous planning applications in the vicinity. BUT this is a new proposal, never seen before and not developed in line with the Community Involvement
Scheme. Since the community has never been consulted, CCBC should re-visit the pre deposit consultation.
