Summary Abergele is already gridlocked at peak traffic times. With the proposal for this additional housing as well as that proposed for the site North of Llanfair Road, it
will overload the comunity services, (ie. shops, recreation, medical). This can only exaserbate the traffic flow problem through the town centre caused by extra
residents trying to avail themselves of the town facilities. Green open spaces used by clubs and residents alike should not be used for any form of
development.
Change Sought: Development of housing will naturally progress, but the volume in this proposal is too high for the available services, services that cannot easily be increased
due to the layout of the town. Reduce the development and keep close to St. Georges Road and off the playing fields South of Rhuddlan Road.
