Summary The site suffers from a number of fundamental problems that affect its suitability as an allocated housing site and therefore the allcation is unsound and the
site should be removed from the plan and replaced by my clients land off Tros yr Afon or downgraded to a contingency housing allocation.
Change Sought: A new housing allocation at Tros yr Afon and the development boundary extended.
Either remove site 462, reduce its yield to a more realistic level of 10 or change its allocation to a Contingency Housing Allocation.

Summary The town council believe that this would be one large site with the site at Cawleys' Yard.
There are 3 main issues with this site are
a.Access,
b.Flooding and
c.Health Hazard
Change Sought: Revise the housing figure for Llanrwst

Summary I object to the proposed building of 55 houses in Parry/Llanddoged Roads.
Both of these roads are quite narrow and many of the houses have no garage resulting in cars parked in the road.
There are already many low cost houses for sale and the shortage of jobs is the main reason for young people leaving.
This suggested plan would really detract from the pleasant green edges of Llanrwst.
Change Sought: Remove the allocated housing at North West of Llanrwst.

Summary The Llanrwst Residents Group object on the following grounds:

4. Loss of open space and Impact on Amenity Value
5. Drainage
6. Landscape Impact
7. Contamination
The alternative site is identified as Fron Ganol, School Bank Road, Llanrwst (site reference 260). The site is close to local schools and services which makes
the site suitable for residential development. The site is within easy walking distance to the centre of Llanrwst with School Bank Road providing a direct, level
and safe pedestrian route to Denbigh Street.
Change Sought: It is therefore considered in light of the above that proposed housing allocation reference 460 should be removed from the deposit LDP and the alternative
site at Fron Ganol, School Bank Road (site reference 260) included as a housing allocation.

Summary We object as follows:
The current value of our home would be affected.
The access proposed is opposite our property where the road gets narrow. Traffic flow on the road is busy enough with cars parked on the road.
Health and Safety issue with the abattoir.
Social housing would be better situated closer to the centre of town near to the existing social housing estate on School Bank Road.
Change Sought: Delete site.

Summary We do not need and do not want these houses for people from oustide the area. There is no work in the area for yound people to buy 'affordable homes'.
There are access issues, Parry Road is already busy particularly when the cattle market is held.
Llanddoged Road is a nice quiet area with highest value houses in Llanrwst.
We propose that these houses are built on School Bank Road where there are already 2 and 3 bed semis and a shorter distance to schools, medical, surgery
and shops.
Change Sought: Delete site and build on School Bank Road.
