Summary I write in reference to the LDP for the parcel of land adjacent to Vadre, Ysguborwen Road, Penmaenmawr.
This is my land and I wish it to be removed from the LDP for Conwy.
I also understand that there is a parcel of land adjacent to Tregarnedd, Treforris Road, Penmaenmawr in the LDP. this is also my land which I wish to have
removed from the LDP.
Change Sought: Remove the housing allocation at Ysguborwen Road, Dwygyfylchi.

Conwy Council has not consulted residents or Town.
The LDP is flawed in that it contains planning policies aspiring to high ideals which it claims to meet, but these are expounded as generalisations which are
then often contradicted.
