Summary Whilst it is noted by members of the Town Council that future housing provision does need to be consdered and safeguarded, there are no objections to the
land at Glanafon being considered for residenetial devlopment as this land is within the settlement limits and on previously devloped land which is not sited
within a prominent location.

Summary As a resident of Llanfairfechan I am concerned about the potential impact of 250 additional houses.
This will put further pressure on already congested main roads making access for parking particularly difficult. Other concerns I have centre of how the local
Health centre/doctors surgery will cope with the influx of patients. Furthermore there will be a need to extend education, policing and fire resources.
I am also worried about the use of Green Belt land for 2 of the proposed sites. Once green belt land becomes available for building there are no longer any
boundaries.
Change Sought: Remove the housing allocation adjacent to Glanafon, Llanfairfechan.

Summary I object on the following grounds:
The town is already struggling to cope with rapid growth and building yet more houses would destroy its unique character.
Traffic increase.
Destruction of the coastline's beauty.
Lack of jobs.
Eradication of the Welsh language.
Plenty of empty homes.
Change Sought: Delete site.
