Summary Sites 78,MS20 and 79/80 have a small area of C2 and site 79/80 has a significant potion of the north of the site in C1. With sites affected by the C2 zone, it
states that no development will tak place immediately adjacent to the river. However, no work has been submitted which demonstrates that climate change
has been considered for the lifetime of the development. The limit of the flood plain area may extend further into the site once this allowance has been
considered.
Change Sought: Further work to determine where this limit should lie needs to be undertaken.
