Summary Access to the proposed site from Town Hill is off a highway which has minimum width of 3 metres and no pavements. Access from Town Hill to School Bank
Road is substandard i.e. to a junction that has 5 roads entering it. The proposed development would further increase traffic and danger at this already
substandard juntion.
There is already an increased number of vehicles on Town Hill and further traffic would only increase danger to an unacceptable level.
Change Sought: Rethink the proposed plan for access to this possible devlopment and come up with a less insidious way of accessing the site.
