Building work could disturb lethal radon gas in the limestone area
No mains gas and water, sewage and electricity services are already under pressure
Serious threat to wildlife incuding badgers, bats and butterflies
Inadequate bus service with comes to a halt in the winter weather

It does not satisfy the council's sequential assessment. This is a greenfield site outside the confines of the existing settlement. the identified capacity of the
stie will result in a density of development which is unrealistic and would provide a form and type of development inappropriate and out of context.
There are significant identifiable problems relating to access, resulting in increased danger.
