Summary Site 223 has failed the Stage 2 Site Assessment, we feel however that the site has merit and we would wish it to be put forard for consideration as a
contingency site.
My clients propose if needed to include the whole of their existing curtilage within the site to be considered for candidacy or as an alternative to that which
they have already proposed. They propose to demolish their exisitng dwelling if successful and their existing access could be used in either case.
