Summary The site should be removed from the LDP because of poor access roads. Smithy Hill with a blind bend at the top and Church Street with no pavement for
pedestrians (including infant and primary schoolchildren) already suffer congestion and dangerous conditions due to the narrow single lane, volume of traffic
and size of the trucks and tractors plus trailers using the lane. The loss of soakaway and increase in run off water from development at this site would
increase the risk and frequency of flooding.

Summary I wish to object on the following grounds:
Smithy Hill/Church Street regularly gets congested with traffic. the increase in traffic from 15 dwellings would cause havoc and accidents.
Church Street always floods when there is heavy rain due to water running down the hill, the drains cannot copy, building on the fields would massively
reduce soak capacity and cause flooding.
The increase in traffic through the village's thin roads would only cause more mayhem and inconvenience, it cannot cope with the current levels.
