Too much traffic causing polution and noise.
Flooding because the land will be covered in concrete.
Sewage, the draiange system is not good in this area.
The fields currently accomodate cattle and sheep.
Not enough facilities i.e. hospitals, social services, dentists, schools, work, refuse and waste.
