The additional children that would have to be accommodated in the local school would be far in exxess of what is possible. This is again over development of
Llysfaen, which has had its fair share of building.
The development would bring in new people, so where are the jobs to give to these new residents when local people struggle to find work.

roads, where many have no pavements. Over crowding in Ysgol Cynfran which was over crowded 20 years ago when I attended as a pupil. Green space is
now at a premium in the village.
