Summary I wish to object again to the proposed LDP in Abergele. We do not need nor do we have the capacity and infrastructure to cope with any more houses and
people, it will be unsustainable as well as damaging the environment as the houses will go on green land and spoil even more of our beautiful area. If the
council would look at all the empty homes here and all the chapels and churches that are boarded up, if these were utilised there wouldn't be the need for new
houses to be built anywhere else.

Summary There is concern that the plan in referring to only 2 hectares of housing will not allow the required flexibility to provide more than the 2 hectares referred to in
the Plan.
Although the take-up rate of employment land has been slow on the Business Park it does now include a numer of businesses. There are therefore significant
employment opportunities and the provision of more housing close to these facilities would be more in-line with National Planninig Policy than to rely on
greenfield sites to the east of Abergele.
Change Sought: Change to the mixed use allocation at the Abergele Buisness Park to allow a minimum of 3 hectares to be allocated for housing.
