Summary I object to the large number of properties suggested for Abergele.
The scale of these proposals will put a strain on local schools, medical facilities and environmental services.
In particular, Tandderwen Farm is adjacent to our property. It is approximately five feet higher than our garden and less than five yards from our bungalow.
The use of bull-dozers etc will surely cause serious instability. We also have excess water draining from the field into our garden and fear that pathways and
roads will increase the amount of flooding wihch we experience. There are also several springs and a well.
Change Sought: Redcue the housing allocation.

Summary Adding 870 houses in Abergele out of a total of 1870 for all the urban areas is unbalanced and unsustainable.
No consultation has been made with the Abergele surgery or schools which are close to capacity. Also the traffic flow has not been considered correctly, most
of the flow is east-west/west-east and therefore a relief road to Llanfair TH wil not make a significant difference.
The development in Bodelwyddan has not been taken into account.
It has not been prepared in accordance with the Delivery Agreement - no Conwy Officers attended the meeeting organised by the Abergele Town Council.
Change Sought: Dramatically reduce the proposed number of houses for Abergele.
