Summary At present the infrastructure supporing the Marl area is struggling tocope and any additional demands will overwhelm these services.
The newtwork gas pressure in our area is well below the recommended levels and modern economic and eco-friendly central heating boilers are hampered.
Many of us find that when the gas boiler comes on the fire does out.
To a lesser extent it is true, much the same applies to water and sewage utlities.

Llandudno is a beautiful and well-designed seaside resort and the jewel in the crown of North Wales.
Three green-belt is an essential feature of the resort.
The very narrowness of the green-belt makes it all the more precious.
Actively farmed agricultural land.
The Marl district has already suffered the loss of sizeable areas of green countryside.
Marl Lane is a narrow country lane.
It would benefit existing residents if employers used local workforce.
The remaining greenfields in the Marl area deserve conservation.
