Summary Removal of site Ref 6 opposite school, Llanfair TH and replacement with an alternative site (plan attached). Busy school, petition awaiting from parents. The
alternative site is considered more sustainable in terms of location within the existing settlement. The working smithy is expected to close within five years
and this would enable access from Smithy Hill, with alternative access from the north east side (Church Street)

Summary Objection to proposed housing site (site ref. 6 - opposite school) in Llanfairtalhaearn. It has not taken account that it is verging on open countryside in a
conservation area, and it has not taken consideration of transport problems. An alternative and more sensible site would be on the other side of the village
next to or opposite the Guide/Scouts building. There is already a housing network here and is more easily accessible fro the main Llansannan road.

This site would avoid the traffic problem through the village, ease the problem on an alredy overused small one track road.
It would also help to retain the beauty of the one area of the village yet untouched by development.
Many tourists venture to the village and enjoy walking by the church and down to the graveyard opposite the school- this would go if the proposed
development went ahead.
