Represents overdevelopment of a small site in a sensitive area.
Serious consequences for wildlife.
Development would be overlooking the existing houses.
Environmental reasons.
Why not use brownfield sites for building.
Oustanding quality landscape.
The field is ona slope and liable to flooding.
14221 Mr & Mrs WH & JJ Gadd [4363] 1 Object
Summary The added pressure this will put on Fernbrook Road will be unimaginable.
There are no footpaths to access Pencae School.
At the public meeting this week it was stated that the Highways Department have no objection to this development obviously no one from that department has
ever used Fernbrook Road at that time on a school day.
Please could you take this point into consideration when making your final decision.
Should the development go ahead surely it would be sensible to make provision for footpaths in both Fernbrook Road and Craigllwyd Roads.
14107 Mr Andrew Dainty [4186] 1 Object
Summary I object to the building of new homes between mertonpark and cwm rd and behind 22-36 y berllan in penmaenmawr, as it will increase the volume of traffic in
and out of our village dramatically. These very narrow roads off which a number have no footpaths would be subject to a huge increase in traffic and as a
farther and outdoor enthusiast I feel your proposal would put the residents of this small village at a serious risk. If this a serious proposal your first plan should
be with the highways and not the residents of penmaenmawr.
14103 Mr & Mrs Geoffrey & Glenys Roberts [4185] 1 Object
Summary I object on the following grounds:
The infrastructure of the village can barely cope as it is.
The sewerage system will not be able to cope.
We never see any police walking through Pen.
You cannot get an appointment now at the Doctors.
We are not opposed to affordable housing for young people but you are turning Pen into a dumping ground for dysfunctional misfits.
