Summary We enclose a location plan showing a 1.2 acre site in the village of Tyn-y-Groes.
We understand that there is a need in the areas of Tyn-y-Groes, Dolgarrog and Eglwysbach for modestly priced housing and housing adapted for disable use.
We wish to register our interest in developing the identified land for these or similar uses.
The site received outline planning consent some years ago for a total of 16 dwellings.

Summary
The settlement boundary line in Llanfairfechan has been relocated in the proposed draft LDP maps, excluding an area of land between Tyddyn Bedol and
Tyddyn Bedol Isaf which is viable for potential infill development.
This relocation of the settlement boundary was carried out without consultation with the land ownerr and the local councillor, both of whom wish the area to
remain within the settlement boundary.
The settlement boundary in the draft UDP included this area of land.
Change Sought: Re locate the settlement boundary at Llanfairfechan to include the area of land between Tyddyn Bedol Isaf and Tyddyn Bedol to allow it to be used for infill
development.
