Summary Bryn Dulas Farm is the owner of land adjoining the proposed site.
Farming in the already overpopulated area will become impossible due to the impact of more houses. Irreplaceable wild life habitats have already been
deliberately and deviously destroyed by irresponsibly and backhandedly granted planning permissions.
Llanddulas is already too big for its infrastructure. (School, roads, shopping, security etc). Nothing available to keep jobs off the streets. More housing without
improved infrastructure would have devastating effect on living conditions which are already severely affected by landfill site (noise, smell and disruption) and
lack of amenities.
Change Sought: Definitely no more houses until infrastructure can cope.

to the SSSI from increased recreational use.
Change Sought: Include measures in Policy HOU/1, Pencoed Road, Llanddulas to mitigate effects on the SSSI.

The allocation of this site for housing development demonstrates a clear over-reliance on green-field sites and a failure to properly assess the capacity of
previously developed land in the locality.
My constituents have raised concerns over highway and pedestrian safety
There is no credible evidence base that the allocation of this green-field site for housing development is appropriate.
