Summary Bryn Dulas Farm is the owner <strong>of</strong> l<strong>and</strong> adjoining the proposed site.<br />

Farming in the already overpopulated area will become impossible due to the impact <strong>of</strong> more houses. Irreplaceable wild life habitats have already been<br />

deliberately <strong>and</strong> deviously destroyed by irresponsibly <strong>and</strong> backh<strong>and</strong>edly granted planning permissions.<br />

Ll<strong>and</strong>dulas is already too big for its infrastructure. (School, roads, shopping, security etc). Nothing available to keep jobs <strong>of</strong>f the streets. More housing without<br />

improved infrastructure would have devastating effect on living conditions which are already severely affected by l<strong>and</strong>fill site (noise, smell <strong>and</strong> disruption) <strong>and</strong><br />

lack <strong>of</strong> amenities.<br />

Change Sought: Definitely no more houses until infrastructure can cope.<br />

Summary This site is close to the Ll<strong>and</strong>dulas Limestone <strong>and</strong> Gwych Castle Woods SSSI. Development <strong>of</strong> this site would need to address measures to avoid damage<br />

to the SSSI from increased recreational use.<br />

Change Sought: Include measures in Policy HOU/1, Pencoed Road, Ll<strong>and</strong>dulas to mitigate effects on the SSSI.<br />

Summary We the undersigned object on the grounds that we already have a jlarge volume <strong>of</strong> traffic in this vicinity. This appears to be the only access to the<br />

development.<br />

Change Sought: Remove Pencoed Road, Ll<strong>and</strong>dulas from the LDP<br />

Summary Firstly, it has not been prepared in accordance with the original Delivery Agreement. Secondly, the LDP has not been produced in accordance with the Conwy<br />

County Borough Council Community Involvement Scheme<br />

The allocation <strong>of</strong> this site for housing development demonstrates a clear over-reliance on green-field sites <strong>and</strong> a failure to properly assess the capacity <strong>of</strong><br />

previously developed l<strong>and</strong> in the locality.<br />

My constituents have raised concerns over highway <strong>and</strong> pedestrian safety<br />

There is no credible evidence base that the allocation <strong>of</strong> this green-field site for housing development is appropriate.<br />

Change Sought: Revise the Delivery agreement due to the 'significance <strong>of</strong> these amendments' including all the relevant consultation<br />
