Summary My objection is because this is a greenfield site of open plan and beauty that is used for recreational purposes by the community as intended by the late Mr.
Victor Wilde. He gave this land to the people of Rhos. I am unable to understand how this land can be put forward for planning/or sold, without ownership of
the deeds.
Change Sought: I propose that the brownfield sit eof the old Government buildings, just off Dinerth Road be used for development instead as part of the Local Development
Plan for the Rhos-on-Sea area.
