Summary Access road will cross public pathway and also safety of exit and closeness to school.
Road infrastructure is not good enough to accommodate extra vehicles the estate will generate. They are only country lanes and there is congestion already
in certain areas.
Lack of pavements and poor street lighting making the safety issue even worse.
This is a village not a town and we need it to remain that way. We do not need to loose any more of our green belt area.
The infrastructure of amenities is inadequate i.e. gas, main sewerage for any new development.

Summary I do not agree to this LDP as being 'Sound'.
The development plans have not considered the locals and the lack of ammenities we have to offer at present. The government cannot provide safe access
in and out of Llysfaen for predestrians as it is. We have part walkways on our main road in and out of the village. This development will cause bad access
around our school causing danger to our children. It would clear out our footpaths and historic connections.
