iii) Derwen fields is a 'greenfield site' category 1 agricultural farmland that fully deserves protection and preservation.
iv) The fields proposed for development border old woodlands and the destruction of existing hedgerows.

The Old Milk Factory in Mochdre. (This also has the advantage of being close to a primary school and bus routes.
