iii) Derwen fields is a 'greenfield site' category 1 agricultural farml<strong>and</strong> that fully deserves protection <strong>and</strong> preservation.<br />

iv) The fields proposed for development border old woodl<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> the destruction <strong>of</strong> existing hedgerows.<br />

I propose the two following alternative sites:-<br />

The Government Offices in Dinerth Road site no. 247<br />

The Old Milk Factory in Mochdre. (This also has the advantage <strong>of</strong> being close to a primary school <strong>and</strong> bus routes.<br />
