Building on farmland in this locality would destroy the beauty and peace of the valley, have serious consequence for the environment, raise preservation and

We believe the concept of building at Glyn Farm and along the Nant y Grlyn Valley to be flawed, inappropriate, misguided and incomprehensible. It sets an
alarming precedent about building in open countryside.

concerns for pedestrians.

Summary Developing at Glyn Farm seems a very unsound idea. The one road leading to the area is already too busy and hazardous. Also to add a large 144 house
estate would over populate the area beyond what it can cope with, with regards to community, sewers, drains, traffic etc.
Building work would disrupt our home life as our house is right next to the proposed site. Noise, dirt, dust would affect us daily, plus there would be an
intrusion on our privacy. I do not want the welfare of my children compromised.
