Summary I wish to register my objections to the proposed building of dwellings on land adjoining Dinerth Hall Farm and Cambrian Drive.
My concerns are -
Loss of wildlife habitat, this land was supposed to be designated as Green Space.
The narrow and congested roads will be made more hazardours by extra traffic and thoughtless parking.
Possible problems with drainage and sewers.
Depreciation of property values due to noise and traffic etc.

Summary I would like to object to them building from Marsden Road to Penrhyn Bay. Their will be far too many cars and it will be bad for the environment, taking more
greenery away.

Summary Object to the LDP for Dinerth Hall farm due to: 1. This land is a flood plain, most unsuitable for houses to be built on.
2, roads are most unsuitable for any more traffic, and parking facilities are none existent when there are functions on either at the college or rugby club.
3. There is also a lack of amenities for more families to be brought into the community, doctors surgeries etc.
4. It is more important to the local community to leave a few green fields around for the wildlife, instead of covering every open space with concrete.

Summary 1) There is no necessity for a further 70 houses to be built either on the above land or indeed elsewhere in the area. The population has not increased to
warrant such development.
2)The increase in traffic. Emergency vehichles would have great difficulty in getting through.
3)Noise and dirt created during the building of these houses would be unbearable
4) The area at the moment is occupied mainly by retired people and to go ahead with this development would lead to disruption
5)If the land is to be developed preference would be for bungalows

Summary 1. The population in this area has not increased enough to warrant such a development
2. The traffic from Llandrillo College has increased tremendously since we moved here over 20 years ago.
3. The upheaval of this proposed development would disrupt the whole area
4. The proposed development is also very close to the flood plain
5. The Council should clarify if there would be houses or bungalows
6. We have not been informed of any meetings

Summary The ground adjacent to the plan for the above site is usually flooded after rainfall and I understand that originally there was a river which drained the water into
it from the surrounding hills.
There is a serious problem with flooding, which is very difficult for the population, hard to resolve and expensive to alleviate.
We are getting to be a more "built up" area and less like a village open green belt of open land. I very strongly believe in green space between cities,
compact housing areas will spoil the village and rural outlook of Rhos on Sea.
