traffic these houses will cause. We don't have pavements on a lot of the roads in Llysfaen, in the winter the slightest bit of snow and the people who live here
already struggle on the roads. The land is the historic centre of the village, has listed buildings and does not need any new houses.

Summary We are losing all our green areas, we are a village not a town. Our roads cannot handle all the extra traffic, it is dangerous enough by the school and the road
is blocked. Also this is the historic centre of the village and has listed buildings it does not need new builds ruining it.
In the winter the slightest bit of snow and people struggle to get up and down. There are no pavements on some of the roads so extra traffic will cause more
danger.

Summary This is a greenfield site and should not be built on. Local horse owners and farmer still use it for grazing. It will also ruin any privacy and peace and quiet;
which is why I bought the house; also reduction in value. The roads in Llysfaen throughout are not capable of taking much more traffic and also the proposed
access would be downright dangerous. The school is also past capacity already.
I am totally against this proposal.
Always paid by council tax and always will but will I be subsidising the new tennants?
