Summary I object as follows:
There is limited access to all adjacent roads, the excessive volume of traffic though the village is unsafe, the volume of traffic currently using the roads past
the school is unacceptable for a rural village. Travelers have currently queue for 5-10 minutes to gain access to the roundabout and the have to take
unacceptable risks to get onto the roundabout, with the proposal of the additional houses with the occupants having 1-2 cars per household this will
exacerbate an already problematic procedure putting peoples lives at risk.

Summary I object on the following grounds:
Loss of view. My mother is housebound and her bed jis downstairs and this is her only enjoyment.
There is no park and the children play here.
There are many palces in Penmaenmawr that these houses can be built without destroying the beautiful view of the back of Penmaenmawr, like between
Penmaenmawr and Dwygyfylchi.

Summary I object to the proposed site on the following grounds:
Access to this are is already congested with the roads struggling to cope with the existing volume of traffic.
The trees running adjacent to the planning line, separating the field from Merton Park also house a bat colony which is a protected species.
There are many properties for sale in Penmaenmawr affordable to first time buyers, further developments are not necessary.

Summary We object on the following grounds:
1. The first is access. There would have to be significant alteration to the junction with the site and Y Berllan. The roads on the current estate are not wide
enough to take through traffic.
2. The second is the impact on the physical environment. One of the key features and attractions of Penmaenmawr is its proximity to the sea and the
mountains. Cym Rd, currently a track, is an environmental asset which provides immediate pedestrian access to the country side and hills almost from the
centre of town.
Change Sought: Delete site and use site 135 and 153.

The roads to Ysgol Pencae are very dangerous with the volume of traffic at present.
Can the doctor's surgery cope.
Accessing the A55 is often difficult and the access is poor.

Summary I object to the proposal:
1. Congestion on the roads, as two access sites would be needed for the development. Our roads are already busy and we find it difficult to even park outside
our homes.
2. There is a concern for the risk of flooding as a lot of houses in the area are liable to flooding.
3. 60 houses would be an eyesore to the beautiful fields and mountains of Penmaenmawr.
The community of Penmaenmawr were not informed of this plan.

This will create a lot of noise for my self and many other people living in this area.
I will see nothing but sixty houses and this will cause more noise and traffic pollution
There is limited access to the road already, there is no where to park for people visiting.
I also hear that you are wanting to built more houses in dewgifylchi, i personally feel that this is unacceptable and unfair on the local people that live in the
village.

Summary I would like to object to the Local development plan for Penmaenamwr, Conwy My objection is to the possible plans to develop an area in Penmaenmawr for
housing. 'Option 1' ( area locally known as "Bumpy lane" ) will have various /major access issues which have not yet been addressed by the LDP. As well as
my objection on the basis of appropriate road access I would also like to express my concerns regarding the short consultation period. More time and
discussions need to be given to the proposals
