Summary Lack of infrastructure in area e.g. very narow roads, lack of police, only an hourly bus service, no mains gas service, sewage etc.
Very close proximity to the rock blasting quarry, very loud blasting nosie and bad tremors.
New houses will look out of character to the villager's stone built houses/cottages. New houses will look cramped up and make the village like a big housing
estate instead of a nice little village.
It is unfair that the council not allowing the proposed land owner to sell the plot to the public first.
LDP is not sound with this site included.

Summary I feel that the extra housing included in the LDP will cause the village to be overdeveloped and put extra strain on the infrastructure which is limited in this
area. Also the roads are very narrow and there are no pavements, with the extra vehicles that come with houses it will make the village an unsafe place to live
in.

Summary Llysfaen was given village status about 10 years ago, this is a greenfield site and would be criminal to build on. The school cannot cope at the moment with
population. We would be loosing our open space within the village.
Serious safety problem with access onto Prentregwyddel Road.
With the lack of work and jobs in the area would I be expected to subsidise these people through my council tax.

Summary This proposal is bordering on the criminal. This is a very pretty area of the village which would be totally ruined by red bricked 'terracotta' roofed houses.
Again the roads are not good enough for more building in Llysfaen village which will become a town if you carry on. School is full. Amenities limited. We do
not want the Marian surrounded by housing. You gave us village status 10 years or so ago and now you want to take it back. Not on.

Summary This site is a sensitive area due to the locaiton of the church and the church hall. The development of houses would bring chaos to the roads, as even now
when there is a funeral or events in the church hall, the road is full of parked cars and is very dangerous for other drivers passing by.
I have also strong beliefs that the area is being used for badgers and other animals as part of their nightly foragings. By building on this site we will be loosing
our 'village identity' and will become another part of Colwyn Bay.
