Summary This area is seen as the centre of the village with the historic buildngs of the church, church hall, rectory etc. The development of new houes so close would
irrevocably change the whole character. Llysfaen is a village with a village.
The surrounding roads are too narrow with one way traffic only at certain points and there are no pavements - road safety issues.
No mains gas
Fault lines runs under the field so quarry blasting will cause building problems.
Open spaces in village should now be maintained as many others have already seen housing development.

There is evidence of badger trails and bats on the site.

Summary I feel that building on this site will mean the loss of the open space between historic building (i.e. Village church, village hall and rectory), and will create over
development of this area. The infrastructure and the narrow roads (with no pavements) will put extra pressure on the village facilities. I object strongly to this
development, and feel that this site should be deleted from the LDP.

Summary I do not believe this development to be 'sound' as we build more we are not taking into consideration the welfare of our families and the lack of road (narrow
roads) and paths ie. the danger this will cause with an overpopulated village. There are plenty of empty houses in Llysfaen which could house many people in
them if the money was spent on them (ie. repossessions etc)

Local infrastructure inadequate, roads, drains, water much over development recently. More vehicle traffic in village increased parking. More development in
Tier 1 village is contrary to the planning strategy. Loss of argicultural land and open views overcrowding at school and traffic conjestion.

Summary We are losing all our green areas, we are a village not a town. Our roads cannot handle all the extra traffic, it is dangerous enough by the school and the road
is blocked. Also this is the historic centre of the village and has listed buildings it does not need new builds ruining it.
In the winter the slightest bit of snow and people struggle to get up and down. There are no pavements on some of the roads so extra traffic will cause more
danger.

This area of Llysfaen is regarded as the centre with historic buildings, sites, church, church houe, rectory etc and this would change the whole character.
No amenities i.e. gas, mains sewers etc.
This site is on a natural fault line which would lead to problems in the future from quarry blasting, some houses arleady have problems.
We do not want to loose what little still remains of the green belt and village life.
