Summary We are disappointed to see that the proposals for extended Green Wedge 3 are subject to dilution before they have been ratified via the identification of
housing site ref 116(SR85) as a contingency site.
The reinstatement of the housing site as a contingent site is neither adequately explained nor justified and accordingly we object to the proposed identification
of housing site ref 116 as a contingency site.
Change Sought: Delete site and extend green wedge 3.

Summary I wish to register a strongobjection to the proposal.
The site is a designated Landscape Conservation Area by Llandudno Local Plan and is also prime agricultlural land protected by local policies and WAG
policies.
In the 2009 version of the Plan the whole area was designated a green wedge.
There has been no consultation with the community and the requirements of the delivery agreement have not been complied with for this site.
