There are no footpaths from the site to the historic core of the village.
Development of the site will result in significant overlooking.

Summary Dolwen Road is dangerous enough as school times and it would be ridiculously dangerous if new houses were built.
Also there has recently already been a vast amount of new houses. We are loosing green areas and we are a village not a town and the roads have no
pavements.
Don't have mains gas and the new houses will ruin the historical village.

Summary A development of this size in the historical centre of the village will forever change its character, take away the last remaining open green areas, and spoil the
village. I also doubt that any houses built will be within the financial reach of local people, and that they will be acquired by social housing providers for people
from outside Conwy. Llysfaen has had more than its fair share of development in recent years, including private housing, social housing and the controversial
nearby landfill site, and the council should seek to find an alternative site.

Summary Village centre and surrounding area must not be developed as it will destroy its historical context.
The village has been developed a lot in recent years and many of the lanes which will have to be used in the context of development and residential use can
not be more than single track. This is already causing hazards (to pedestrians and vehicle users) as most have no pavements either.

I think the houses shouldn't be built at all danger to the families in Llysfaen, also the roads can't take the traffic. Why should you be allowed to take our Green

tothe school, it would also create substantial overlooking.
Llysafen (village) lack the suficient roads and school to accommodate such number proposed.
It astounds me that such a building project could be proposed when we can't even get natural gas supplied here.

Summary Lack of infrastructure in area e.g. very narow roads, lack of police, only an hourly bus service, no mains gas service, sewage etc.
Very close proximity to the rock blasting quarry, very loud blasting nosie and bad tremors.
New houses will look out of character to the villager's stone built houses/cottages. New houses will look cramped up and make the village like a big housing
estate instead of a nice little village.
It is unfair that the council not allowing the proposed land owner to sell the plot to the public first.
LDP is not sound with this site included.
