Summary the site at adjacent to Vadre is not available for development, as such the site at Groesfford should be allocated as a main housing allocation in its place. this
would address the shortfall in housing provision.
the concerns expressed by the LPA in respect of access are misplaced, as it is clear that it can be provided with an entirely acceptable access. The site
benefits from good access to public transport and to local services within walking or cycling distance of the site.
BP/21 states that it performs well in the sequential tests and relates well to the existing settlement.
Change Sought: The site should be taken forward as an allocated housing site in place of the allocation at Adjacent to Vadre.
