Summary There is already enough social housing in this area and further development would increase pressure on the existing facilities and amenities.
The roads leading up to the proposed site are not maintained to a satisfactory standard and outside Canol Marian there are permament potholes in the road
due to increased use. Further development would only add to the problems.
As we only have propane gas in the village people on low incomes would find it very expensive to run.
