Summary The plan is speculative with no identifiable large scale demand in Eglwysbach.
The sewerage system is already at overflow capacity with problems arising every time there is heavy rainfall.
The existing highways are unclassified and already extremely busy and dangerous.
There is no sign of any recreational facilities on the plan, children would have to negotiate the dangerous walk to the play area by the school.
The school is near capacity and does not appear to be able to accommodate further children.
Affordable housing will only be offered to people on the Housing Associations waiting list and no preference will be given to local people.
Change Sought: Remove the Heol Martin site from the LDP.
