The traffic generated in an already confined area;
The housing will have an adverse effect on essential community facilities putting pressure on schools and medical centre.

Summary I do not object the planned allotments at this site but I believe the housing element will have an adverse effect on the local community in the following ways:
1) it would increase the traffic generated in an area which is already quite confined.
2) it will put additional pressure on the community facilities which at present are running at full capacity, namely the local Primary school and Medical Centre.
Change Sought: I believe the land should be defined as allotments.
