the area <strong>of</strong> Green Space in the area.<br />

The concept <strong>of</strong> further development, providing yet more new homes conflicts with the 'Empty Homes Strategy for Conwy' 2010. Should the potential use <strong>of</strong><br />

empty housing stock not be exhausted before yet more homes are built to lie empty?<br />

The l<strong>and</strong> is part <strong>of</strong> a working farm.<br />

Traffic volume increase implications, particularly for the Marl Lane <strong>and</strong> Pentywyn Road junctions.<br />
