The Marl area has been developed substantially over the past few years, and this already impacts on the local infrastructure, and has decreased considerably
the area of Green Space in the area.
The concept of further development, providing yet more new homes conflicts with the 'Empty Homes Strategy for Conwy' 2010. Should the potential use of
empty housing stock not be exhausted before yet more homes are built to lie empty?
