13651 Mrs Francis Parry [3959] 1 Object
Summary Allocation amounts to over development in village.
Unsuitable access proposed adjacent to school.
Site not suitable for development having regard to access graduating overlooking.
Site is isolated from Dolwen Road.
13824 Mrs Shirley Jones [4037] 1 Object
Summary The roads are not able to take the traffic that will be increased.
The school already has a portacabin if there is an increase in numbers of children this will lead to more portacabins.
Llysfaen has a real history, the church dates back to 777 ad and the village hall is a grade 2 listed buildlings. This would be ruined if this development took
place.
The infrastructure is not in place (gas, water, roads).
Fault lines that run throurhg some parts of the proposed plan.
You would kill Llysfaen as a village.
These are not houses for local people.
13837 Mrs Helen Rushton [4042] 1 Object
Summary This site is my main concern as I live directly next to the field. We brought our house over 20 years to live in the quiet and peaceful village.
Over the years I have seen the development of more and more houses in the village. The facilities in the village consist of only one shop, there are only buses
every 30 minutes.
The school is already to its capacity and the access proposed adjacent to the school will bring total chaos.
This site is totally unsuitable due to gradient and will bring substantial overlooking which will reduce the house prices.
13647 Mrs Margaret Hodgson [3957] 1 Object
Summary RL Davies and the school and other buildings on Dolwen Road are still on septic tanks.
The above plus the old rectory and coach house all have their main entrances onto Dolwen Road, this is already an accident zone.
No pavements along Dolwen Road until you get to the school.
The fields and buildings in this area make it into a lovely village and I want to make sure we keep this status not a small township.
13842 Mr David Durrans [4044] 1 Object
Summary The allocation amounts to overdevelopment of our village.
The site access from Dolwen Road adjacent to school which is hazardous.
The site is isolated as the land immediately adjacent to the school is not included.
There are no footpaths, the roads are too small to cope with the extra cars.
The school is full so all the children will have to travel to school.
Llysfaen is a village not a town.
Wronge type of houses.
13757 Mr Robert Redhead [4016] 1 Object
Summary Deletion of site.
