Summary I wish to register my objection to land, allocated in the LDP for residential purposes, at Sychnant Pass Road, Conwy. The land, owned by Conwy CBC, cannot
be developed without suitable access, infrastructure and drainage provision. As you will be aware, your Council resolved to release this allocated site to Anwyl
Construction Co. Ltd., to provide a resolution to these development problems.
I, therefore, wish to support the objection submitted by Anwyl Construction Co. Ltd. as I believe that your allocation for the Conwy CBC land, in isolation, is
unsound.
Change Sought: The allocation should be amended to include the land shown hatched red on the accompanying plan, which resolves all the development concerns I have
indicated and reflects the decisions made by your own Council to support this additional area of land.
