Summary The level of new build required within the LDP is far more than that which is actually required for the County Borough taking into account past population
changes and likely future scenarios.
The levels of new build houses proposed for Dwygyfylchi and Penmaenmawr are excesive to that which is actually required. Whilst some new houses may
well be needed, the numbers being proposed are too great for such a small village.
Change Sought: Reduce the housing allocation within the LDP.
