No justification has been made in the evidence base for this housing need in the settlement.

There is an increasing risk of flooding impacting on communities and the environment.

Open Spaces
The area of Dwygyfylchi has sparse areas of open space available for children's playing areas.
Non Engagement/Lack of Consultation
Windfall sites and rural exception sites unnecessarily upsets the local community.
Employment
No recognition has been put forward in relation to local job opportunities.
Eductation
The local shcool is not equipped for an inflow of new pupils.
Housing Need
There is no recognised need for so many new homes.
Tourism
Tourism is the main income in the area, the suggestion of 200 houses will have a massive impact on the natural beauty.
