1 Object
Summary I have no objection to the planned allotments but consider that the housing element will have an adverse affect from traffic generated in an already confined
area and on essential community facilities pressuring schools and medicla centre
Change Sought: Remove Plas Penrhyn from LDP
Mr Geoffrey Hocker [900]
1 Object
Summary The housing element will have an adverse effect on traffic generated in an already confined area. Also it will put added pressure on the Medical Centre which
is already difficult to get into, it will also overcrowd two schools.
Change Sought: Remove housing element from site
312 Mrs Alson Jones [595] 1 Object
Summary Policy HOU/1 Adj Plas Penrhyn Penrhyn Bay
I object to the housing element of the plan on the grounds that the existing infrastructure in terms of road traffic issues and utility provision would not support
further housing. The allotments are a very good idea though.
Change Sought: The provison for allotments only.
712 Mrs Lynn Hocker [931] 1 Object
Summary Site 449, Penrhyn Bay. I have no objection to the planned allotments but think that the housing element will have an adverse effect on residential amenity,
on essential community facilities.
Change Sought: Removal of residential element from site 449 Plas Penrhyn , Penrhyn Bay.
Change Sought: Removal of residential element on site 449 Plas Penrhyn, Penrhyn Bay.
821 Mrs Ann Fender [1007] 1 Object
Summary Site 449 Plas Penrhyn, Penrhyn Bay. Proposed development would have an adverse effect on residential amenity, from the traffic generated in the region of
two schools, on environmental conditions arising from the noise and odours from the farm, on ecological and wildlife interests, on the best and most versatile
agricultural land, and on essential community facilities.
Change Sought: Removal site 449 from the Plan.
786 Mr David Whitfield [969] 1 Object
Summary Site 37/38 off Derwen Lane, Penrhyn Bay. Proposed development would have an adverse effect on residential amenity, from the traffic generated in the
region of two schools, on environmental conditions arising from the noise and odours from the farm, on ecological and wildlife interests, on the best and most
versatile agricultural land, and on essential community facilities, and on water and sewage works.
525 Miss Jacqueline Lang [795] 1 Object
Summary I believe the housing will have an adverse effect on residents
1) traffic increase in already gridlocked area
2) further pressure on Medical Centre and schools.
Change Sought: Remove Plas Penrhyn from LDP
738 Mrs Marie Lewis [947] 1 Object
Summary The density of housing at the Plas Penrhyn Site should be reduced and greater consideration given to the provision of land use for allotments on this site.
Change Sought: The density of housing at the Plas Penrhyn Site should be reduced and greater consideration given to the provision of land use for allotments on this site.
611 Mr Alastair Loraine [865] 1 Object
Summary Removal of site 449 Plas Penrhyn, Penrhyn Bay. Propose the site is designated for the sole use of allotments. The construction of more housing in a very
compact site will cause incredible disruption to local residents. Penrhyn Bay has reached a population density that merits looking elsewhere for further
residential developments.
Change Sought: Removal of site 449 as part residential development and the designation of site 449 for the sole use of allotments.
736 mr David Lewis [873] 1 Object
