Summary Plan unsound as it will not produce 6800 dwellings due to-
1.Limited number of new sites expected to produce and sell a high numbers of dwellings. Not realistic.
2. Overdependency on windfall sites,
3. Dependency on purchase of empty dwellings.
The allocation of contingency housing sites at the present time will assist in attaining the housing target.
The contingency housing sites be allocated for housing now to ensure 6800 new dwellings by 2020.
Change Sought: Mostyn Estates Limited propose that the contingency housing sites plus possible other sites be allocated at the present time to ensure the completion of 6800
new dwellings by 2022.

Summary The plan in its present form is totally unreaslistic in relation to the infrastructure of Abergele, there can be no real evidence base that can lead to the view that
the small market town of Abergele can support the introduction of 800 plus homes.
It does not offer any clear solution to the issues of trafic congestion.
It adopts an overoptimistic view as to the jobs availability.
It does not take account of the already overstretched services in Health and Education.
It does not take account of the impact of Denbighshire's Plan to build 1700 homes in Bodelwyddan.
Change Sought: Reduce housing growth.

b) Refusing to send a representative to a public meeting called by Town Council
c) Not informing householders directly
d) Not consulting with the medical centre, school and hospital
e) Effect on the medical services
f) Effect of Denbighshire's Plan
g) Effect on schools in the area
h) Effect on traffic management in the area
i) Not including information on the Traffic Management needed
j) Not enough consultation time
k) Choosing Easter weekend as the closing time for objections
