Summary I am apalled to see the proposed plan for housing in and around the Abergele Area.
The infrastructure struggles to manage the amount of people living in the location, not to mention the huge number of people entering the area when the
caravan parks open.
There are delays when travelling in any direction around town, the hospitals and doctors cannot cope at present and a large increase of children is bound to
have a significant effect on the schools.
This plan has been ill thought out.
Change Sought: Adjust the level of housing growth for Abergele.

Summary I object to the large number of properties suggested for Abergele.
The scale of these proposals will put a strain on local schools, medical facilities and environmental services.
In particular, Tandderwen Farm is adjacent to our property. It is approximately five feet higher than our garden and less than five yards from our bungalow.
The use of bull-dozers etc will surely cause serious instability. We also have excess water draining from the field into our garden and fear that pathways and
roads will increase the amount of flooding wihch we experience. There are also several springs and a well.
Change Sought: Reduce the housing allocation.
