Summary I am writing to object to the above being included in the reserve list for the following reasons:
1 This land is part of the separation zone between communities - the Green Wedge
2 Existing over-development in the area
3 Severe traffic implications for Marl Lane and adjacent roads. Problems are already being encountered.
4 Possible implications regarding the protection of historic landscapes.
5 This land is agricultural land in current use for both grazing and arable purposes.

1. We believe Marl is already overdeveloped with housing and has contributed sufficiently in the past.
2. We believe this area is greenfields and building on these will affect quality of life in a semi rural area.
3. We believe this area of land is part of the heritage of Marl and should be preserved in its ucrrent form.

Summary I would like to object to thep lans to build 120 homes along with the land at the junction of Pentywyn road and the top of Marl Lane.
There are far too many developments in this area, the increase in traffic will result in more wear and tear to the roads which the council cannot afford to repair
properly.
Greenfields are most important to our lives and nature. It is a well known fact that we need green areas to absorb the heavy rainfalls we now seem to get.
More development will put further demands on hospitals and doctors.

We feel that the local area would not be able to cope with so many houses been built, Especially after the new housing estate at Victoria Avenue
Service water drainage Would be overwhelmed, There are times that it cannot cope as the situation is now!
The volume of traffic has increased since the new estate was built at Victoria Avenue,
Local roads are not as safe as they used to be, It will only get worse if this development goes ahead
