Summary I consider that the proposed development would have a negative effect on the community. Another concern of mine is the traffic.
I am also concerned about the ecological and wildlife interests. You cannot take away agricultural land - this will also affect the livelihood of the tenant farmer
and his young family.
Penrhynsides' community facilities would not be able to cope with an increased population. The school is already completely full, appointments are already
hard to come by at the doctors.
Other factors to consider:
- Drainage
- Access
- Traffic

Summary Our members WG Thomas & son as tenants of Gloddaeth Isa wish to object to the inclusion of land at Derwen Lane, Penrhyn Bay Housing Allocation in the
county LDP (see attachment for full response).
Change Sought: Remove allocation at Derwen Lane and reconsider classification of Penrhynside and Penrhyn Bay as one urban area - Penrhynside is a rural village type
settlement.

Summary Object to sites 37/38 Off Derwen Lane, Penrhyn Bay. Proposed site would greatly affect the running of the dairy farm by developing grade 1-2 agricultural
land. This development has no boundaries, and can eventually carry on through to the A470. The land would be better included as a green wedge. Increased
traffic congestion is foreseen, and the land is a crucial part of a working dairy farm. Alternative site proposed is Land off Llanrhos road, Penrhyn Bay. It will
have no effect on the Gloddaeth Isa farm, there is an existing residential grade access, development could be contained here.
Change Sought: Removal of site 37/38 from the Plan. Alternative site at Land off Llanrhos road, Penrhyn Bay, is proposed. Further information contained in attached pdf
