Summary This area has already been overdeveloped and the feeling from the meeting held in the church hall, the people who live already in that part of the village do
not want it.
The village has already limited infrastructure and narrow roads, and the site in question will bring more cars onto the main road, which will bring more dangers
to the children living there.

We already have a big quarry to the rear and the green at the front has protected grass and active badger setts.

Summary We want to live in a green village not an overspill area of houses ruining our village. We enjoy our green fields and watching the wild life, badgers, buzzards,
lambs, sheep and all kinds of bird life.We have a quarry to the rear of the cottages and further along a landfill site. Why does Llysfaen have to take everyone's
rubbish anymore? Why us taking everything thrown at us?

Summary The site was deemed unsuitable for such in 1998. Furthermore, this site is adjacent to an area of scientific interest which would be destroyed. This includes a
couple of badger setts.
Water drainage to cause floods at my home.
Doctors/Dentists/Schools/Council Infrastructure/service can not cope witih influx of people.
Further degradation of local customs/language and behaviour.
Why should we have displaced settlers from England?
Are policy authority happy with further duties during times of cutbacks when officers are due to be greatly reduced.
This revising of schools, council emloyees is relevant to providing services to more inhabitants at Ty Mawr.

Summary I'm worried about the safeety of my children and other due to a build up in traffic that will be caused by the new houses going up.
How come if the houses were not allowed up in 1997 why all of a suddeni s it safe now.
Sewerage systems will need to be fitted on the new houses and the whole of the estate will need to be changed. That is not sanitary.
There is no gas there.
