The case for housing need within the local settlements has not been made.
The site is a Landscape Conservation Area, Green Barrier and represents development outside the existing settlement.
It is prime agricultural land.
Development will detract from its distinctive rural coastal character.
Will add load to the already problematic sewage system.
It forever destroys a greenfield site and green barrier and causes a precedent for further development of the green barrier and constitutes to the coalescence
of Dwygyfylchi and Penmaenmawr.
No proportional additional employment is planned.
The residents of Town Council have not been consulted.

Summary I object to the allocation at Ysguborwen Road, Dwygyfylchi.
The boundary of this site is on a bus stop, it has very little access and is on the boundary of a main road which incorporates a bend.
More houses will mean more traffic, more pollution, more congestion, more problems with road deterioration and definately more hazards.
Children travelling to school use the cross road of Ysguborwen Road and more traffic will mean this area becomes a danger to children and elderly people.
Change Sought: Remove the allocation at Ysguborwen Road, Dwygyfylchi

Summary I object to the proposal to build on the horse field behind Maes-y-Llan. I strongly object to greenbelt land being proposed. The fact that the facilities struggle
with the people already living here would be made intolerable. Traffic coping is another problem, there are near misses every day and lack of parking. This
doens't even cover increase in noise levels and people's privacy. The road above is known for flooding, this is damp ground.
Wildlife would be disturbed and with the A55 so near this can hardly be the most suitable site.
There is also a lack of employment.

Summary We object to the proposed plans for new houses on the green belt at Maes y Llan.
Our reasons include access may be through the Maes Y Llan Road causing more traffic and congestion and taking away the green belt which was put in
place to stop ubran sprawl by keeping land which is permanently open, attractive and enhances the area near our local homes in Maes y Llan.
